Shipping Policy
Belt Buckle Shoppe gives you the customer a couple of choices when it comes to shipping your order. You can choose USPS Priority or UPS ground. Belt Buckle Shoppe defaults all drop ship orders to UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated on the order. We choose this option to protect your shipment. A $2.00 handling charge will be applied to each order.
USPS Priority: Offers a cost effective method of shipping that includes Delivery Conformation but does not provide insurance. Cost: $6.50 We will not refund orders shipped USPS based on unverifiable non-delivery. Order replacements will be charged the full amount of product and additional shipping costs and if you choose to use USPS for your shipping you will be assuming order liability.
UPS Ground: UPS Ground provides the most cost effective shipping that includes tracking and guaranteed delivery. Cost: $7.50
International: International orders are not always available. If you want to make an order that is outside the USA please email me at info@beltbuckleshoppe.com to verify your order can be shipped. We will do everything within our power to provide each of our customers the very best service.

Return Policy
If, after receiving your order and you are not satisfied, we will refund your money or offer another belt buckle of equal value, provided it is within 10 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Returns should be addressed to:

Back order Policy
In the event that your order is back ordered you will be notified of the status of your order. We will, if possible, inform you of a ship date as to when you can expect your order to be shipped. If we are unable to fill your order due to the product being discontinued we will offer you a replacement item or refund your purchase price. |
